Science Year 2016*17 – Seas and Oceans

The Science Year 2016*17 is about our seas and oceans. "Discover. Use. Protect." is the slogan. The Science Years are an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) together with Wissenschaft im Dialog (Science in Dialogue, WiD). This year, the German Marine Research Consortium (KDM) is the expert partner supporting the Science Year 2016*17.
