General Information
The main scientific objective of CRETE is to fully develop the harmonised techniques of CCG testing with the industrial specimens addressed in this project. The final achievement shall be the production of a drafted Code of Practice. As an additional deliverable, a guidance document shall be produced, for power generation and the petrochemical indistry, containing recommendations for the optimum use of new specimen types and sizes with respect to the component size, the shape constraints and the material condition.
