Production via the phase inversion principle and coating into thin film composite membranes

Production of flat sheet membranes on a 100 m² scale according to the phase inversion principle, which have a porous sponge-like structure and may have a dense film on the surface (integral asymmetric gas separation membrane). The porous support membranes can be coated with one or more dense polymer films. The layer thickness can be reduced to as low as 70 nm, enabling the production of high-flux membranes.
