Membrane characterization – single gas measurements

Single gas measurements of various gases and vapors

Independent investigation of the material or membrane for gas transport properties using the standard methods established at Hereon (Pressure-Increase, Time-Lag, and Arrhenius). The permeation of individual gases, such as hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, propane, butane, etc., through the material is automatically recorded as a function of pressure and temperature in measuring apparatuses. The results are intended to serve as proof of the material/product quality.
