Coating of porous substrates with membrane materials

Polymer coating of porous supports for the development of flat membranes and monotubes

Different porous substrates can be coated with polymers up to 60 cm in width and 250 m in length, depending on the requirements, in both laboratory and pilot scale. Thin-film composite membranes with 70 nm thin layers are created, which can then be dried or cross-linked up to 150°C. A post-IR treatment is possible. Monotubes up to 1.20m in length can be coated using dip-coating.
