NMI3

GEMS is member of a network of European neutron facilities – the "Integrated Infrastructure Initiative for Neutron Scattering and Muon Spectroscopy" (NMI3 II). The NMI3 II project is supported by the European Commission through the 7th Framework Programme and falls within the action 'Research Infrastructures' of the 'Capacities' Programme. NMI3 is a consortium of 18 partner organisations from 12 countries, including eight facilities. Within the NMI3 activity, GEMS has received funds for Transnational Access for experiments at the Hereon outstation at MLZ/FRM II in Garching for supporting external GEMS users coming from EU Member States or Associated States.
