Organization and Quality Management

The Organization and Quality Management department bundles organizational issues, sets standards for internal and external business transactions and ensures the continuous improvement of structural and process organization.
Its task is to align Hereon's structures and processes with the corporate strategy and organizational policy goals in order to enable the modern and sustainable design of science, infrastructure and administration.
